People think cooking is just making some food to eat, but I say NO, it is expressing yourself and a journey to the bite. In that journey, you don't just get full with some food, you discover new flavours and express emotion through food.
My name is Abdullah Zobaer. I am a passionate chef and a cooking mentor.
I grew up learning cooking from my mother from the age of five. Due to our simple village life, I learned how to make food tasty just with simple ingredients and a pinch of love. Until today I find inspiration from those memories when my mom used to cook and ask me to be her judge and taste the food she cooked, that is where the appetite begins for me.

Lamb with aubergine Recipe with fresh spices + Technique to protect the health benefit of the spices

Ingredients:
Lamb 1kg
Aubergine 2
Oil 30ml
Onion 1 large
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Ginger past 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 2tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Salt 2tsp
Cardamom 3-5
Cloves 2-3
Cinnamon 2inch stick
This recipe we cook the aubergine in the oven with some salt Olive Oyl and turmeric but definitely you can do is Friday I'm in that case he will need a little bit more oil then what we do it in the oven. Also, we have used one pot cooker to cook the lamb which actually brings down the total cooking time but if you're cooking on the stove you can literally cook t...
